10. R.A. the Rugged Man- R.A. Thorburn is an American rapper and producer better known by his stage name R.A. The Rugged Man. He began his musical career when he was 12 years old, quickly earning a reputation for his poetic abilities in the community. R.A. The Rugged Man is the essence of underappreciated, and no discussion of quick rapping would be complete without including the rapper from New York. The Rugged Man collaborates with Tech N9ne and Krizz Kaliko on Holla-Loo-Yuh from his star-studded Legends Never Die album from 2013.
